As the Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth running of our office and warehouse. This will involve managing incoming calls and emails, as well as preparing and dispatching customer orders. The role requires you to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Operations Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person
Work closely with the sales team to manage customer orders
Prepare and pack customer orders for dispatch
Unpack inventory and enter into the inventory control system
Enter stock into the accounting system
Provide general administrative support
Key Attributes Required for the Role:
Self-motivated and trustworthy with great attention to detail
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably some accounting software
Previous administration experience is preferred
