Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited, also known as KS&EW, is a company in Pakistan that provides shipbuilding, ship repair, and general heavy engineering services. It is located in West Warf, Karachi, Sindh and is considered the oldest shipyard in Pakistan. The company has built various types of vessels for the Pakistan Navy, such as cargo ships, oil tankers, tug boats, support vessels, landing craft, ships, and submarines.

Aside from serving the Pakistan Navy, KS&EW also caters to a diverse range of customers, including the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, Karachi Port Trust, Port Qasim Authority, and private sector companies in Pakistan. The Government of Pakistan owns all the company shares, and it is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence.

KS&EW was founded in the mid-1950s as a project of the Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and became a public limited company with a board of directors and a managing director in 1957. The company has a large shipbuilding hall, three-block fabrication areas, three shipbuilding berths, two dry docks, a machine shop, grit blasting, a painting facility, a 7881-ton capacity ship lift, a transfer system, and 13 parking stations.
