Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) is a Pakistani government defense contractor and military corporation located in West Warf, Karachi, Sindh. As Pakistan's oldest shipyard, it provides shipbuilding, ship repair, and general heavy engineering services. The company has built numerous cargo ships, oil tankers, tugboats, support vessels, landing craft, ships, and submarines for the Pakistan Navy. It also serves a wide range of customers, including the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, Karachi Port Trust, Port Qasim Authority, and the private sector in Pakistan. The Government of Pakistan owns all of the company's shares, and it falls under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence.

The company was established in the mid-fifties as a project of the Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and later became a public limited company in 1957. It has several facilities, including a large shipbuilding hall, three-block fabrication areas, three shipbuilding berths, two dry docks, a machine shop, grit blasting, a painting facility, a 7881-ton capacity ship lift, a transfer system, and 13 parking stations.
